Mission: To serve the employment sector of Dutchess County, NY by increasing employment efficiency thereby producing a measurable contribution to the economy. Dutchess One Stop is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a one-stop resource for employment in Dutchess County, New York, USA. Our mission is to serve employers and job seekers and to contribute to the economy of Dutchess County by increasing employment efficiency. We work cooperatively with related community agencies allowing us to be a true one-stop employment resource. We provide skilled, pre-screened workers for employers and access to preparation, training, employment or employment advancement opportunities for job seekers. No fee is charged for our services.
